Savannah State University is located in the graceful and historic coastal city of Savannah. The University is located on a 165-acre campus bordering the vibrant, active and historic City of Savannah on one side, and the salt-water marshes rivers and ocean on the other side. 

Savannah State University  Department of Athletics is proud of its sports teams offering sports opportunity to men and women alike in the following areas of interest:  Volleyball and Softball (women), Cross Country, Basketball, Tennis, Track & Field, Golf, Bowling, and Indoor Track.  The University also operates men's football and baseball teams.  Check the university for schedules.
